I won a prize, but never received an email with more details. What should I do
Please search the inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com. If you still cannot find the email, please fill out the contact form to let us know so that we can assist.
How do I enter the sweepstakes?
Upload a photo of your receipt showing a purchase of a participating PLANTERS® Brand product, and if it is approved, you'll earn a chance to win a five night trip to NYC!
How do I upload my receipt?
  1. Place your receipt on a clear surface.
  2. Take a photo of your entire receipt.
    3. If your receipt is too long, you may need to fold it to show required items.
  3. Be sure you can clearly see these items:
    • Purchase date and time
    • At least one eligible participating product
    • Purchase price
    • Receipt total
    • Purchase date between: November 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023
    • Receipt submissions ends December 31, 2023
  4. Make sure it’s a JPEG, PDF, GIF, or PNG file under 5MB.
  5. Upload your receipt photo within the site.

    3. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
    I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
